Terms of 2nd Chance Checking include:
• A $10 monthly fee.
• A FREE debit card with an $400 daily limit on debit card transactions
• Paper checks are not issued on this account.
• If this account is overdrawn for any amount, the account will be closed immediately.
• No deposits can be made at an ATM.
• If the account is kept in good standing for 12 months, it can be graduated to a standard checking account.

Stop Payment on a Check
Upon receipt of this form, the credit union will place a temporary hold on your check(s). To place a permanent stop payment on the check(s), you must visit a branch and sign a form within the time frame stated in your agreement. A $30.00 fee applies to each stop payment request.
