Direct Deposit/Payroll Deduction
Don’t wait in line on payday or risk losing your check! Have peace of mind by having your payroll deposited automatically. Once we receive your money, we will distribute it to your KCU account(s) or loan(s) as you choose. Your direct deposit is available in your account on payday, giving you convenient access.
Talk to your employer today about setting up direct deposit. Give your employer KCU’s routing number 241279234 as well as your KCU account number…it’s that easy!
Payroll Deduction is when your employer sends a portion of your check to KCU. Your loan payment can also be made through payroll deduction.
Pay yourself first with payroll deduction! Set aside money each payday to go directly into your KCU account(s). You can also direct part of your check to go towards repayment of a KCU loan to always make your payment timely!

Report a Lost or Stolen ATM/Check Card
If your ATM/Check card is lost or stolen:
If you lose your card, call us at 330.678.2274 and we will place a temporary block on your card until you find it. If the credit union is closed, call 1.800.472.3272 and ask them to status your card as lost.
If you can’t find your card in a reasonable amount of time, you can come to one of our office locations and complete a request for a new card. There may be a small fee for this service. For your convenience, you also have the option to print out an ATM/Check Card Application/Maintenance Form. Complete the form and fax it to us at 330.678.6252 or deliver it to one of our branches.
If you believe that your card has been stolen, call the credit union number or the toll free number above IMMEDIATELY and ask that your card be statused as theft/stolen. This will block unauthorized transactions. File a police report in the area of jurisdiction where the incident (theft) occurred. Contact Kent Credit Union immediately so we may help resolve the issue.
Report a Lost or Stolen Visa Card
Immediately phone the 24-hour Visa Hotline at 1.800.325.3678 to report your card lost or stolen. It is critical that you make this call as soon as possible after misplacing your card. This will limit your personal liability. You should also telephone our office at 330.678.2274 to report the incident.
